Yes. A contract requires consideration from both parties to be valid. Consideration is a promise to do or give something of value in exchange for something else. Here, you promise a number of things in a Commitment Contract (e.g. to stickK to your goal and to make progress reports) and stickK makes promises to you (e.g. to provide tools to assist you in achieving your goal and to send your money to charity if you fail).
