FAQ - Commitment Contracts - Reporting
How do I report?
To submit a report, simply log in and click the "Report Now" button on the Commitment you have a report due for--this will take you to the Commitment's page where you will be able to submit your report via the yellow "Report Now" sticky note.
If you'd like to view a list of all your Commitments that have reports due, click the Messages icon in the upper navigation bar and view the "Reports Due" tab.

How do I submit a Referee Report?
To submit a Referee Report, simple log in to your One You Hounslow Goals account, click the "Refereeing" tab located under your Profile Picture and then click the "Report Now" button on the Commitment that you have your Referee report due for.

What constitutes an unsuccessful report?
Any of the following results in an unsuccessful report:
(a) You report that you have not kept your commitment; or
(b) The Referee that you designated reports that you have not kept your commitment; or
(c) You fail to submit your report within the 72 hour window of the required reporting date

What happens if I am unsuccessful?
Your Supporters and Referee will receive an email notifying them of your result. Please note that your Supporters will also hear about your success, so make them proud!

What if I can't report on the day my report is due?
Not to worry! Each reporting period provides an additional 48 hour grace period to report, for a total reporting window of 72 hours. If you are unable to report by midnight on your reporting day, your grace period will begin. For example, if a report is due on January 22, you must submit a report by midnight on January 24. If you are still unable to report at the end of your grace period, your report will be marked as "No Report Submitted," just as if you had submitted an unsuccessful report. If you are unable to report for personal or medical reasons, or for any other extenuating circumstances, click here to tell us why and we'd be happy to help.
How do I choose which day of the week my report is due?
When creating your Commitment, you can select the date it will start, and that day of the week will also be your reporting day going forward. For example, if you create your Commitment on Wednesday, January 1st, you can select Friday, January 3rd as your start date. You will always be asked to report on the same day each week. In this case, your report would be due every Friday.
