What are points?
Points are a type of currency earned throughout the course of your commitment contract. These points are redeemable in the reward store.
How do I earn points?
Users can earn points through a number of actions during a commitment. These include:
- Creating a Commitment Contract
- Being a Supporter
- Writing a Commitment Journal post
- Being a Referee, and much more
How do I use my Points?
Accumulate points by interacting with the site whenever you can, and then spend them in the Rewards Store on a variety of Items.
What do I do if my number of points is incorrect?
If you did not receive points for something or if your points are counted incorrectly, contact us to fix the error.
I am having trouble redeeming my points. What do I do?
If you are having an issue redeeming your points, check your account to make sure you have a sufficient number of points for the reward. If you are still having problems, click here to send us a message.
